THE CHALLENGE
The Chinese market is one of the key markets for the company, but with the rapid expansion of the business, a large number of problems emerged to the surface:
- The need for hyper-large-scale business system access and analysis of large amounts of data makes it impossible for it to meet the enterprises’ business needs in traditional IDC environments.
- Rising IT spending and operational costs, and sometimes the low system response speed, played a role in constraining the business growth.
- Lack of professional cloud experts and consultants in the cloud industry.
THE SOLUTION
Bespin Global has helped the business in:
- Setting an overall assessment on the IT environment for nearly 140 servers which provided customers with a highly available cloud infrastructure, including DR and HA solutions, to meet their business needs.
- By comprehensively evaluating the performance of each application, a complex migration scenario for 79 applications, including a variety of migration models such as re-retire, retain, rehosting, were designed, and some applications were refactored on the cloud to ensure a better user experience.
- The enterprise’s IT environment is still changing after the migration process starts, and there are some unexpected situations where Bespin Global can handle, helping users implement complex migration projects that take massive amounts of data from IDC to Azure East 2 and Azure East 1 to East 2.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and English communication capabilities that help customers coordinate collaborative migrations from more than 20 suppliers around the world, ensuring the project’s progress.
